Teaching English: In 2019 the COVID-19 virus began to spread across the nation. Nobody was prepared, least of all my students. Even before LAUSD jumped into the breach with complete lesson plans, I created easy-access online lesson on my website. My students were able to utilize these links on their phones quickly and easily for zoom call lessons, and as homework by means of fillable forms and embedded pdfs. Eventually these links helped students register and sign into the official Los Angeles Unified Schoology lessons when they became available. These lessons take a multilevel approach.

Teaching in China: between 2015 and 2017 I worked and lived in China at a University in Tangshan. I’ve posted a few of my sample lessons/case studies here.
